If I had to choose, my favorite stormtroopers would be Emperor’s Royal Guard without a doubt. If this wasn’t enough, each category has at least five different troopers, but often even more than that. There are regular troopers, troop specialist and officers, environmental specialists, gunners, navy troopers, air force troopers, imperial troopers, and finally, there are elite troops and assassins. Second, these troopers are categorized based on their job position. However, I didn’t know that there were so many different types of stormtroopers in the Star Wars universe.įirst, we have a division into Galactic Republic, Galactic Empire, and First Order troopers. I am more of a casual fan who watched all movies multiple times. Just an FYI, I don’t consider myself a Star Wars expert. With the Star Wars Episode 8 just around the corner, the time couldn’t be any better to talk about Star Wars troopers. A whole new generation is getting to know how awesome Star Wars universe is, so here is my little contribution.
